A further service which we offer to you are cuts of the sandwich panels on fixed measure according to your desires. Please find the various types on the preceding sides.
Our technical office is qeuipped with all usual programs such as AutoCAD, MS Office, optmisation program (ARDIS), etc., so that you can transact your order without large additional expenditure. After preparation of the production papers, you receive a written confirmation with date of delivery as well as cutting list with the quantities/sizes wished by you as well as the edges detail to check.

• Precision of cutting
  

  1st possibility	+/- 3,0 mm (raw cut)
  2nd possibility	+/- 0,5 mm (cut to size)
  3rd possibility	+/- 0,2 mm (cut on the GMC machine)

• Maximally size
  5180 x 2040 mm (+/- 0,5mm)

• Edges machining
  - Massive edges in real wood(1 long edge standard, more on request)
  - Edges veneered with real wood (until 60 mm thickness)
  - Edges slots (against profiles for window framework - except diagonal creases)
  - Special designs on request

• Delivery
  Deliveries directly on the building site are possible under the condition that a free approach road with the trailer course is possible and stacker-unload with suitable equipment can be ensured. Panels can be packed separatly according to the floors or made available to other of your desires. The adherence to the delivery dates is apart from the top quality our highest priority.

• Numbering
  All your panels are noted in the way to make your job easier. The label contents the number of position as wll as the edges machining.
